Waste Water Treatment Plants

For several years, ACSE has engineered commissioned and maintained the control systems for a number of waste water treatment plants.

One of our projects was for two waste water treatment plants at the mines in Queensland, Australia. We designed, built and tested the control panels in New Zealand. Then, the complete system was shipped to Australia where we completed the onsite testing, successful installation and commissioning.

Many of our New Zealand clients have wastewater treatment plants in their factories and, as their preferred automation company, we are responsible to maintain these plants.

Our purpose-designed wastewater treatment plant software records all conditions and instrument readings to a database for data retention.

The data is displayed on a touch screen computer in plain text format. Reporting recorded data is displayed in an easy-to-read dashboard format.

For municipal facilities, the ASCE system has been designed to generate council-ready reports. The system incorporates an auto-email function that automatically sends these reports to the designated manager for each site.

Our wastewater treatment control and reporting systems can be installed as a standalone system or it can be integrated into the plants main PLC control system.
